Brahvo.ai provides custom AI-generated video content tailored to each client’s product and marketing goals. Due to the creative and customized nature of our service, our refund policy is structured around key production milestones.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a full refund only before approving the script for your video.
Refunds are allowed if:
- You have placed an order but have not yet approved the script, and
- You submit a refund request before giving script approval.
Once a refund is approved, no further work will be completed on your project.
3. Non-Refundable Stage
Once you approve the script, all sales become final and non-refundable.
This is because:
- Script approval confirms alignment on creative direction
- Production resources (AI generation, voiceover, editing) are allocated immediately after approval
- The work becomes fully customized and non-reversible
4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
After script approval, we remain committed to delivering a high-quality result. While refunds are not available at this stage, you may be eligible for revisions based on your selected plan.

5. How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- The email used for purchase
- A brief reason for your request
Refund requests must be submitted before script approval to be considered.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Filing a dispute after script approval violates this policy and may result in denial of future services.

Brahvo.ai reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
