3. AI voiceover or narration
4. Video editing and formatting for marketing use

All services are customized based on the information provided by the client.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate and complete information about your product or business
2. Ensure you have the legal rights to use any materials you submit (logos, images, product content, etc.)
3. Not request content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.

4. Revisions

Each plan includes a defined number of revisions.

1. Revisions apply only within the scope of the original script and concept
2. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges
3. Major changes (e.g., new concept, new script direction) may require a new order

5. Payments & Pricing

2. Full payment is required upfront before work begins
3. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing orders

2. Once the script is approved, all sales are final and non-refundable

9. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of purchase.

1. Timelines depend on responsiveness during the approval process
2. Delays in feedback may result in delayed delivery
3. We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side inaction

10. Limitation of Liability
